"Decent packaging, maybe a little rushed"
The box showed up in solid shape overall, just one corner was a bit dented. It kind of felt like whoever packed it was trying to get it out the door quickly, but nothing was damaged, so I can’t really complain.

"I’m always on the lookout for cool game..."
I’m always on the lookout for cool game merch, and Fangamer has a lot of the little stuff I actually like collecting. The pins, shirts, and plushes all feel well-made, not like cheap throwaway merch. Shipping wasn’t super fast, but everything showed up safely, so I can’t really complain. If you’re into game collectibles, I’d definitely say it’s worth checking out.

"Easy checkout, just missing a bit"
Checkout was smooth for me and my payment went through without any hassle. I liked that I could just use my card and didn’t have to deal with a bunch of random extra steps. I do wish there were a few more payment options visible, maybe more wallet choices or something like that, especially since... but yeah, overall it worked fine and didn’t take long. No real issues...

"Pretty decent overall, I guess"
My order showed up without any issues, and the tracking updated most days, which was nice. I did have to contact support with a question, and while they weren’t exactly quick to respond, they did get back to me and answered it well enough. Not the most amazing experience ever, but it was fine.

"Nice community vibe, just a little quiet at times"
I do like how fangamer interacts with fans and shares fun stuff from different game communities. It feels genuine, like they actually care, anyway, the only thing is that replies can be kind of slow sometimes. And some updates are easy to miss if you’re not already watching closely. Overall it’s good, just not the most active place all the time.

"Nice designs, just a little on the pricey side"
I really like a lot of the designs, and some of the items do feel good quality. That said, the prices can feel a bit high for what you’re getting, especially once shipping is added in. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad experience at all, but I’d probably be more likely to buy again if there were better deals or occasional discounts.

"Heads up: Fangamer support came through, but it was slow"
Just a heads up for anyone ordering from Fangamer: I had an issue with my order and had to contact support. To be fair, they did eventually reply and got everything fixed, so I’m not saying they ignored me or anything. But the whole process took a few days between messages, and I had to follow up once to keep things moving. It wasn’t awful, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I expected. I’d probably still order from them again, but I’d be prepared to wait a bit if you need help from support

"Found the game merch I wanted"
I was looking around for a few game shirts and some pins, mostly because I’d been meaning to grab a couple things for a while and finally remembered while I was sitting with my coffee. Most of the stuff I wanted was actually in stock, which was a nice surprise. A couple shirt sizes were already gone, but it wasn’t really a big deal. The site was easy enough to browse, checkout didn’t give me any trouble, and I ended up getting what I wanted.

"SLOW SHIPPING!"
ordered an item on 3/6, just got notified it shipped on 3/20, 14 days and still waiting. Poor communication takes forever for a response.
Save yourself the trouble. Shop elsewhere

"Finally showed up"
It did arrive in good condition, so there’s that, but it took way longer than I expected. I was getting annoyed waiting around for it, especially with no real reason for the delay. Glad it made it here, but the shipping time was frustrating.

I was happy to see the packaging wasn’t over the top, and their sustainability info was actually easy to find. It’s nice when a merch shop seems to care about waste. if they ever switched back to tons of unnecessary packaging, I’d probably start looking somewhere else.

"Cool print, but something feels off"
The shirt looks really nice and the print is definitely the best part, but something feels off with the fabric. It feels a bit thinner than I expected for the price. It’s not bad, I just thought the overall quality would be a little better.

"Cute nerdy gifts, but wow the shipping took its time"
I found a really cute gift here, especially if you’re shopping for someone who’s into nerdy little things. The selection was fun and I was happy with what I picked. But the shipping? Yeah, that was a bit of a waiting game. Not the end of the world, but I was definitely checking the tracking like, okay, are we moving or just vibing in a warehouse somewhere? Still, the gift was nice when it finally showed up.

"Pretty accurate, but not perfect"
As someone who’s picky about colors and fit, I’d say the description was mostly right. The shirt looked nice, but the color was a little different in person than I expected, and the sizing felt just slightly off. It wasn’t a big deal overall, but I do wish the details had been a bit clearer before I ordered.

"Fun little extras, but does anyone else feel like they’re hit or miss?"
I do like the bonus items they throw in, especially when it’s cute stickers or little cards. It makes the package feel a bit more fun, you know? But sometimes the extras feel kind of random or not really worth much, so I’m not always sure if I’m just expecting too much. It’s still a nice touch overall, just not something I’d call amazing.

"Preorder took a while and left me unsure"
I preordered a shirt and it did eventually show up in good condition, but the wait was longer than I expected. The updates were slow, so after a while I started wondering if something was wrong. It worked out in the end, but it made me a little less confident about preordering from them again

"Cool merch, but smaller games get overlooked"
I do like a lot of what Fangamer sells — the shirts and pins are fun and usually really well done. That said, it kind of feels like if your favorite game isn’t one of the bigger names, you’re just out of luck. I wish they’d give some of the smaller series a bit more attention, because the selection can feel limited.
